A loss is a loss

That is my story and I am sticking to it! I only lost .4 pounds. I am not happy with that but I would rather lose even if it is only .4.

Now I really want to focus back on getting under 200. No more 3 musketeer cand bars(yes I ate one before weigh in day!), no more 3 helpings of dinner, and no more mindless snacking.

2 small goals this week.

1. Go to the gym 4 times this week
2. Stay within my daily points.

I will do these, and I will be under 200.

A loss is a loss, regardless of how much. I like your two goals - they are extremely reasonable and you can do them! You will get under 200 this week - you are so, so, so close!!

Getting under 200 will be a huge accomplishment. I predict that it's just what you need to motivate you when that Three Musketeer bar is calling you in that sweet voice.

Those are good steps to take - you can do it!!! Just take it one meal at a time, and keep your eye on your goal.
