Still pouting...

I am still not happy. I weight myself at the gym and it showed 194, so that is 2 pounds less than the 196 I weigh in at. Still is 1 pound over the previous weeks weigh in. I keep going over what went wrong in my head, and I seriously have to stop.

I also have been horrible I have not tracked this week...so tonight I start the tracking!

Good thing I ran again today, I am on easy recover week and it doesn't feel very easy to be honest. I am doing intervals of 3 minutes running and 2 minutes walking. I had to do that 6 times and seriously did not think I was going to make it. I think I might have to do this week twice. Running is definitely not something my family is know for, but I am stubborn and I want to set out and prove I can run. So that is working in my favor. I love that stubborn, defiant, competitive person I have in me, I know my husband doesn't like her that much, but that bitch keeps me going to the gym.

I keep debating about taking some extra money we have and buying a wii fit plus, I do not want it for a work out regimen but it would be nice to have something a little extra to do when the girls nap for 30 minutes, or at night even. I have heard 2 positive reviews and 1 only so so review....anyone in blogger land have an opinion?

The running will get easier, I promise!! Soon you'll be laughing at yourself for thinking the 3 min intervals were hard! I've never tried a wii fit, but it seems silly to me, excersising with a video game. I've been using BILLY BLANKS dvds. And I love it, it's great for some strength training, and I do it while the kids nap. something to think about....?

i have to say, even though the yoga was not for me and my carpet sucks for the balance board- some of the games REALLY fricken work you muscles- like the hula hoop one, the next day it hurt like hell. it's def a good investment, but i would have to move mine to a better surface in order for me to enjoy it more!

i think the wii fit is an awesome idea
i have it and i do the same thing as you are thinking

it is something to keep you up and moving when you arent at the gym

i love it wouldnt ever give it up lol i just go the plus to add to the regular wii fit and i love the bird bullseye i think its called

if you do that for 15 mins it burn i think it said 200 cals for me

i like th eplus cuz it gives you around how many extra calories your burning

I had to laugh at "My husband doesn't like her very much but the bitch keeps me going to the gym!" I don't want to become a runner persay but I do want to know I can do it know what I mean. I will try to do the Couch to 5K this spring.

I have heard nothing but good reviews about the Wii. Would LOVE to have it myself!

Have a good weekend Katie girl!

I have the regular wii fit (not the plus) And it's not going to take the place of a gym (but it sounds like you know that) but it does get your heart rate up a little and gets you moving! The regular wii fit, I felt, didn't have enough variety. Maybe this was solved by the new wii fit *plus*? Not sure as I haven't tried the new one...
